Aside from my personal website, I have created and maintained various websites and web pages over my employment history.
Hydrogen Energy Research Centre Website
I was integral in the creation of the Hydrogen Energy Research Centre Website including:
- Designing the site layout and structure;
- Preparing content across all the pages;
- Keeping the content up-to-date.
Flow Noise Group Website
In my past role as a Research Officer for the Flow Noise Group, I updated this Research Group’s entire website. Work done included:
- Restructuring all site content;
- Updating the Our Team, Alumni, Contact Us and Facilities Page. This included sourcing appropriate media across the site and coding the accordion structure in the Facilities page;
- Creating the Research, Get Involved and Resources Pages;
- Writing new articles for the News page.
Design Next Website
I maintained and updated this Center’s website as the Project Officer and Executive Assistant of Design Next. Note that the base template that I work off was created by the Division of External Relations at UNSW. Work done included:
- Creating the Get Involved Page, including sourcing all media and writing content;
- Keeping all other pages updated, such as with staff changes.
School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Website
In my past role as a Finance and Teaching Allocation Officer, I proposed and created the demonstrator hub* on the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, UNSW, website to provide a one-stop source of information for current and interested casual demonstrators. Work done included:
- Creating all content and sourcing media for the landing page and all pages within the demonstrator hub;
- Creating the original webform to collate applications to demonstrate for the School. All subsequent webforms were built off my original template;
- Creating the original webform for current demonstrators to claim additional work hours during the term. Note that as the School has moved over to a new demonstrator system – CASTLE – this webform is now obsolete and the link may not be operational.
*Note that this website has been updated significantly after I left the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering due to a UNSW brand refresh.
